Emailing a volunteer
Volunteer Plus provides a convenient and easy way to send emails.
To send an e-mail, when viewing a volunteer click the Send Email button. A new window will be displayed allowing you to compose a new e-mail.
Within the new window, you can enter any e-mail addresses that should be copied in on the e-mail (CC) or blind-copied in on the e-mail (BCC). The subject and body of the message are mandatory fields.
To add attachments click the Add attachment(s) button then click on the Browse button to locate the file you wish to attach. If you would like to attach more than one file click Add another attachment. Attachments can also be removed from the email by clicking Remove.
The email can contain basic formatting such as bold, italic and underline, along with bullet or numbered lists.
Emails sent from Volunteer Plus will automatically include your Email Signature.
Who will the email be from?
Emails sent from Volunteer Plus will appear to be from the email address of the user sending the email.
