Changing the status for a volunteer

A volunteer can have one of two statuses, either Active or Inactive.

The status enables you to easily record if a volunteer is engaging with the Volunteer Centre or could be deleted at a later date.

When a volunteer is Inactive they will be unable to Self-serve, meaning they will not be able to log in to update their profile or register their interest in any opportunities.

To change the status click Change Status.

Then select the new status for the volunteer.
