Recording a note for an organisation

Volunteer Plus provides a comprehensive activity history for every organisation. The activity history includes many automated records, such as login sessions, however you can also record notes and interactions in the activity history.

You can record the following types of notes and interactions in the activity log:

  • Notes
  • Phone Call
  • Meeting
  • Letter
  • Email
  • File

To record a note or interaction click the Add Note or Interaction button. This will then reveal a short form to complete.

The date will default to the current date, but can easily be changed by clicking on the field and selecting a date using the date picker.

For the Type field you can then select the type of record which you wish to store.

The note field must be completed to record a note. Once recorded, click Save.
