Emailing an organisation about their opportunity

To send an e-mail, when viewing an opportunity click the Send Email button. A new window will be displayed allowing you to compose a new e-mail.

Within the new window, you can enter any e-mail addresses that should be copied in on the e-mail (CC) or blind-copied in on the e-mail (BCC). The subject and body of the message are mandatory fields.

The email can contain basic formatting such as bold, italic and underline, along with bulleted or numbered lists.

Emails sent from Volunteer Plus will automatically include your Email Signature.

Once sent the email will be recorded on the organisation activity history.

Who will the email be from?

Emails are sent via our transactional email partner and will be from the email address of the user sending the email.
