Deleting an opportunity

To remove an opportunity, simply click the Delete button.

A final warning will be displayed asking you to confirm your decision to permanently delete the opportunity.

Once deleted, an opportunity cannot be recovered.

I can’t delete an opportunity

If an opportunity has one or more enquiries recorded, you will not be able to delete it.

An opportunity can only be deleted once the associated enquiries have also been deleted.

The enquiries will need to be removed before the opportunity can be deleted. An alternative option would be to change the opportunity status to Inactive.
