Enquiry Statuses
In Volunteer Plus, an enquiry can have 1 of 7 stages as it’s processed:
| Enquiry | The first stage for when an enquiry is first created or received |
| Signposted | The volunteer has been directed to contact the organisation |
| Referral | The volunteer information has been sent to the organisation or the organisation information has been sent to the volunteer |
| Interview | The Volunteer Centre has interviewed the volunteer |
| Placement | The volunteer has been placed at the opportunity |
| Not Placed | The volunteer has not been placed at the opportunity |
| Closed | The enquiry is complete and no further action is required |
Can I remove a status update?
A status update cannot be removed from the enquiry history, however you can reverse a status update by changing the status.
