Updating the progress for an enquiry

As an enquiry progresses you will need to update the status. 

To update a status, when viewing an enquiry click the Update Status button.

In the window displayed, the date will default to the current date but can easily be changed by using the date picker provided. Select the status you wish to update the enquiry to and also add any relevant notes.

The status update will then be recorded in the enquiry activity history and the status of the enquiry will be updated.
