Categorising your enquiries with tags

Tags are keywords that you can use to categorise your enquiries. For example, you could tag an enquiry based on the project it relates to.

Multiple tags can be applied to a single enquiry, so they are a very useful tool for categorising data.

You can add new tags and manage existing ones by going to Settings > Tags.

Once your tags are set, you can then use them to filter your enquiries.
