Emailing a volunteer or organisation
When viewing an enquiry you can quickly send an email to the organisation or volunteer associated. Simply click the Send Email button which will display a modal to compose a new email.
Within the new window, you can enter any e-mail addresses that should be copied in on the e-mail (CC) or blind-copied in on the e-mail (BCC). The subject and body of the message are mandatory fields.
The email can contain basic formatting such as bold, italic and underline, along with bulletted or numbered lists.
Emails sent from Volunteer Plus will automatically include your Email Signature.
Once sent the email will be recorded in the enquiry activity history.
Who will the email be from?
Emails are sent via our transactional email partner and will be from the email address of the user sending the email.
