Setting up your Follow Up Stages

To set up your Follow Up Stages go to Settings > Follow Up Stages. 

Click Add Stage when viewing the Follow Up Stages.

A new window will appear where you can enter the stage title and the number of days post-enquiry being received the stage should occur.

Once this has been added, click Save.

How many stages can I add?

You can add as many follow up stages as you require. Typically Volunteer Centres create 3-4 stages.
