Enquiries Report

The Enquiries Report is all about the enquiries which have been received.

When first viewing the report the date range will default to the previous month. For example, if viewing the report in February the report will display data from 1st January to 31st January.

To amend the date range, simply click Amend Date Range and select a new date range.

How many status updates took place?

Listed here are a number of statistics – for example, how many referrals took place, the total number of interviews you carried out and how many volunteers were placed at an opportunity.

How many enquiries were received?

Quickly see how many enquiries were received. Are they being received on your website or being created by your Volunteer Centre team? Of those enquiries, how many unique volunteers enquired?

This table lists the organisations that received enquiries and the total number of enquiries received, allowing you to quickly see your most popular organisation.

Which Interests and Activities were most popular?

This part of the report will help you to establish which Interests and Activities were the most popular for the enquiries you received.

Which volunteers enquired?

This table will list the volunteers who enquired and the total number of enquiries submitted.

Which organisations received the most enquiries?

This table will list the organisations who received enquiries and the total number of enquiries received, who’s your most popular organisation?

Refining the report with tags

You can apply tags to filter a report to only include data with the selected tag/s applied.

Exporting the report

To view the raw data for more analysis, click the Export button which will download a CSV file to your computer/device.
