I’ve forgotten my password

Simply click the Forgot your password? link on the Volunteer Plus login page, then enter your email address.

Click on the password reset link.

The link will only be valid for 30 minutes, after which it will become invalid and you will need to request a new link following the same process as before.

Enter your email address and create a new password, then click Update Password.

Your new password will be saved and you can then log in to Volunteer Plus.
