My widget isn’t showing on my website

If your widget is not displaying on your website there are a couple of things you can quickly check:

1. Have you included the JavaScript code on your page? The JavaScript code must be presented in order to load the widget.
2. Have you copied the widget code from Step 2 into your page? The HTML code must be added to your page where you would like the widget to be displayed.
