Transferring an organisation

This article only applies if you operate a cluster Volunteer Plus account, whereby multiple Volunteer Centres share an account.

If an organisation needs to be transferred to another Volunteer Centre a quick transfer tool is available.

Simply navigate to the organisation you wish to transfer and click Transfer

A modal will then be displayed from where you can select the Volunteer Centre to where the organisation should be transferred. Then click Save.

By transferring the organisation you will immediately lose access to editing rights on the record and any associated opportunities. Any opportunities will also be transferred to the new Volunteer Centre.
