How can organisations login?

Organisations registered on Volunteer Plus can login to your website to manage their information and opportunities, known a Self Servicing.

Logins are managed via the People at... section for each organisation. Any contacts with an email address will have the ability to self serve.

You may wish to restrict some contacts from being able to self-serve. If so simply change the Account Status under the Self Servicing section to Disabled

Passwords

For new contacts or those who have forgotten their passwords you can send a password reset from Volunteer Plus. Simply navigate to the profile of the contact and click Send new password link.
