Filtering and searching for volunteers

Volunteer Plus makes searching and filtering your volunteers very quick and easy.

Searching for a specific volunteer

To search for a volunteer, when viewing your list of volunteers begin by simply typing a name into the Search your volunteers field.

Results that match your search will then appear as you type.

Ordering your list of volunteer

To quickly sort your list of volunteers click on either the Name, Created or Status columns. Your list of volunteers will then instantly be reordered.

Filtering your volunteers

A range of options are available to filter your volunteers by various criteria. For example, you could filter your volunteers by their Interests and Age Range to display a list of volunteers who are interested in Religion between the ages of 25 to 50 years.

To apply a filter select the criteria you want to apply and then click Filter.

Once a filter has been applied the list of volunteers will reflect the filter set. The volunteers listed can then be exported by clicking the Export button. 

To remove the filter, click the Reset button.

How does the Matching Criteria work?

• All - only volunteers who match all of the criteria selected will be listed.
• Any - volunteers who match any of the criteria selected will be listed.
